MATINJE GOLD

This project is an intiative of the Government of Tanzania in partnership with the private sector.

The project has been six years in realisation.

The objective is to economically empower small scale and artisanal miners within an operational, legal and commercial framework which is easily understood and easily replicated.

The equipment shown in the photographs, with the exception of the crude artisanal method depicted in one photograph, is a 15 tonne per hour gravitational modular gold recovery plant.
